I offer three coaching packages. You can choose one or combine them based on your requirements. Sessions typically last between 45 and 60 minutes, and you have the flexibility to determine the frequency of sessions.

This traditional careers interview will help you explore different career and study options and set out specific action steps to help you achieve your goals.
You will receive expert career, education, information, advice and guidance (CEIAG) which include strategies that will help such as job search, CV support etc.

By the end of the session, you will have clearer knowledge of your options and be able to make informed decisions about your career and education pathway.
Common issues (but not limited to): post-18 options; university choices; apprenticeships;
school leaver schemes, graduate careers, early careers, CV support, application support, decision-making, and career paths.
Coaching will help you gain clarity, and direction in your career, and equip you with the tools to succeed. Various techniques are used, including questionnaires, assessments, and homework assignments, which will help you develop the skills and strategies to achieve the goals that you're working on. You will receive ongoing support and accountability to help you stay motivated.
By the end of coaching, you will have the clarity to make the right decisions about your future and be empowered to manage your career.

Common issues (but not limited to): career change and transition, midlife careers, redundancy, career stress, career performance, skill identity, retirement plans, and work-life balance.

CBC will help you tackle any issues holding you back from your goals.
I use psychological techniques such as role-playing, goal-setting exercises, and relaxation techniques to help you change negative thoughts and behaviour patterns.

By the end of the session, you will have the tools and strategies that help reframe your thoughts and behaviour; and find solutions to problems.
