With over 15 years of experience as a career consultant, I have worked across various sectors, within education and business. I have contracts with schools and education organisations, supporting young people through key transitions and 'what next' stages, including college, university, and apprenticeship options. My adult consultancy includes supporting people through career changes, mid-life career decisions, stress management, time management, and other career-related issues.
As a member of the Career Development Institute (CDI), and the International Society for Coaching Psychology (ISCP) I adhere to their Code of Ethics, ensuring that my work follows guidelines and is conducted within an evidence-based, supportive environment. My qualifications include a BSc in Psychology, a Postgraduate Diploma in Careers Guidance, and a Certificate in Counselling and Coaching.
Approach
I use evidence-based approaches and techniques in sessions which include cognitive-behavioural coaching, positive psychology, and motivational interviews.
